Daisy is definitely welcome to try — and in hacking the network, she may be able to discover things encrypted by her fellow visiting cuddlers (aka your fellow played characters), but she's unlikely to find out anything truly damaging or secretive about the city's administration from the network itself.

However, if you'd like for Daisy to eventually turn her hacking and investigative attempts towards City Hall & the city's administrative buildings (perhaps by levying her contacts with certain blonde women who just so happen to work in City Hall?), let us know!
